However, evaluation and optimization also involve a trade-off between speed and accuracy, as different criteria and objectives may have different weights and priorities. ![]() Evaluation and optimization can help you balance speed and accuracy in image similarity tasks, by providing feedback and guidance on how to improve your algorithm. Optimization is the process of adjusting and tuning your algorithm parameters and settings, such as distance threshold, feature dimensionality, index size, or search strategy. Evaluation is the process of assessing how well your algorithm matches your expectations and requirements, such as precision, recall, F1-score, or response time. Evaluation and optimization are the steps of measuring and improving the performance of your image similarity algorithm, based on some criteria and objectives. ![]() You should choose an indexing and searching technique that can optimize the performance of your image similarity task, while satisfying your constraints and preferences.Ī final factor that affects the speed and accuracy of image similarity tasks is the method of evaluation and optimization. Unfortunately, the many Gaussian blurring is quite costly, so while the PSNR may work in a real-time like environment (24 frame per second) this will take significantly more than to accomplish. This value is between zero and one, where one corresponds to perfect fit. Based on the algorithm described here, with many modifications made. This will return a similarity index averaged over all channels of the image. Indexing and searching can improve the speed and accuracy of image similarity tasks, by reducing the number of distance calculations and comparisons, and by exploiting the structure and properties of the image data. Searching is the process of finding the most similar images to a given query image, based on the distance metric and the index. Similarities: a toolkit for similarity calculation and semantic search. Her choreographic efforts followed quickly at the company's workshops. Dreamsicle Ball pythons can have a lifespan of 20 to 30 years. Some morphs, for example, bear striped patterns. But instead of keeping these unusual critters as pets, early humans probably ate them. You can typically tell what morph a ball python is by looking at its colors and patterns. The Stranger morph is characterized by high amounts of black, combined with a golden dorsal stripe and dark, balloon-like markings with black speckling. The Acid gene is dominant and is known to increase the irregularity of a snakes pattern. These patches can vary in color from the dark brown of a wild-type, to pale yellow, orange or black. Morphs range from entirely white and unmarked to rusty orange snakes with black leopard spots. The spider morph is an interesting ball python mutation. You will have to REGISTER before you can post. Panda Piebalds are a great example of how pre-existing morphs can be bred into something new. Piebald pythons do not have white heads, giving them a normal appearance from the neck up. This nonvenomous constrictor is the smallest of the african pythons, growing to a maximum length of 182 cm. For example, Mojaves, lesser platinums, butters and Russo-line leucistics all have compatible genes. In other cases, the morph alters the pattern of the snake. Super Cinnamons are typically sold for $500-600. Rainbow is a very rare line of ball python morph whose exact genetics are still kept a secret. Dreamsicles are truly eye-catching and have unusual pinkish-purple eyes and pink blushing on their heads. This ball python is called Monsoon because its intricate markings look like raindrops and streaks on a windowpane. Modern ball python enthusiasts can choose from ball pythons clad in myriad colors and patterns. ![]() The ball python, known scientifically as python regius, is highly revered in some parts of africa. Lesser morphs are among the most common morphs and are usually much more affordable. They are easy to take care of and unlikely to bite. When a single and pair produce different appearances, it is referred to as incomplete dominance (often called codominance in the community although these have slightly different meanings). These alien head markings have a strong, white flaming that blends into the snakes underbelly. In some cases, Lesser pythons appear yellow with caramel markings in others, they look similar to the Mojave. However, the Puzzle gene most heavily affects their pattern. The Pewter ball python is the result of crossing two co-dominant morphs: Cinnamon and Pastel. Accordingly, axanthic ball pythons have a pseudo-black-and-white appearance. Unfortunately, a lot of inexperienced snake owners, make the mistake of not knowing or ever even taking the time out to do the research,on feeding size, timing, or habitat preferences of the animals they purchase, and they end up starving their snakes, under or over heating their snakes, or their snakes end up on the loose, because they have zero idea as to how to house them a nd care for them. This type of ball python has a clean, white or yellowish underbelly with black speckles along the outer edges. Breeding two Het Pieds together gives a 25% chance of producing Piebald offspring that show the Pied pattern. The Phantom gene produces deeper colors and more pronounced flaming and blushing in hatchlings, similar to the Redhead. Thanks to the work of breeders, there are now more than one thousand types of ball python morphs. IMO it is one of the better ones around because it can handle a problem with up to 4 different alleles in a given locus (2 alleles for the male and 2 entirely different alleles in the female). The Spider ball python is another relatively old morph that has kept its popularity. If nothing else, the pattern of inheritance can help you understand the supply-and-demand principles that affect the price of different morphs. Cinnamon Bananas can also have the black speckles seen in regular Bananas, though this is uncommon. You can always reach out to us on one of our many platforms to get some insight on your ball python in question. Some traits are also associated with behavioral changes. So, if you are trying to breed axanthic ball pythons, youll need to obtain breeding stock that both originate from the same (or compatible) lines.
